Here I present a selection of my own projects. Each project page provides an insight into its starting point, goals, implementation and current status. The individual project pages provide insights into the initial situation, objectives, implementation and current status.

BookWell – Digital appointment management for massage and wellness studios
BookWell is a browser-based appointment booking and studio management application for massage and wellness studios as well as practices. Customers can select services and available appointments, make bookings and manage their appointments themselves. Staff organise bookings, practitioners, working hours and blocked periods through a central calendar. The application takes qualifications and preparation and follow-up times into account while preventing double bookings.
Technically, BookWell uses TypeScript and React for the frontend, with Kotlin, Ktor and PostgreSQL for the backend. The interface is designed for desktop computers and smartphones. Containerisation, automated tests and a prepared Kubernetes deployment provide the foundation for operation.
ShotTrackApp – The intuitive scoring app for sport shooters
ShotTrackApp is a mobile application for sport shooters. At its core is an intuitive score counter that makes it quick to record and automatically evaluate shooting results. Training sessions, series and shot patterns can be documented clearly, while statistics make personal performance development visible.
The app is initially being developed for the iPhone, with an Android version planned for later. All data and images remain locally on the device. ShotTrackApp works entirely offline, without a user account, cloud service or external server. Privacy, ease of use and a modern, technically oriented interface are at the forefront.
textifex – The typesetting system for creating professional documents
textifex is an independent typesetting system developed in Rust for creating professionally designed documents. It combines familiar, LaTeX-like syntax with a modern, clearly defined document language and produces searchable PDF files without depending on TeX or LaTeX. Its focus is on reproducible results, precise typesetting, secure processing and a consistent separation of content and presentation. The project is currently at an early development and prototype stage.
